Our product

Remote monitoring proven on our own turbines

We have operated our own wind turbines since 1998. Whatever we develop runs in our own fleet first.

Process

From order confirmation to remote maintenance

Every project follows fixed stages — from technical clarification to remote administration by our office.

  1. Step 1

    Order confirmation

Following order confirmation and technical clarification, the expected delivery date is determined. Quotations remain valid for three months.

  2. Step 2

    Design and manufacturing

Design and manufacturing of the system within the scope of supply. Changes to the scope of supply may result in price changes.

  3. Step 3

    Ready for dispatch and transport

Once readiness for dispatch has been notified, the system is transported to the installation site.

  4. Step 4

    Installation and commissioning

Mechanical and electrical installation and commissioning take place at the installation site. The site is to be prepared by the client in good time before installation begins.

  5. Step 5

    Handover, training, documentation

Training on the system at the client’s premises during the commissioning phase, together with the documentation. Final acceptance takes place no later than two weeks after the start of commercial operation.

  6. Afterwards

    Customer service and remote administration

We offer maintenance and spare parts as required. Remote administration of the system is handled by our office during normal business hours.

The office

Personally run, one point of contact

Thomas Wilmes plans, builds and supports every connection personally – one point of contact from the first clarification to remote administration. For installation and servicing he brings in professional service companies.

Our focus is control and data connectivity: servers and displays, cloud and direct marketing connections, mobile network and fibre-optic links, plus the integration of external systems such as bird and ice detection or bat curtailment.
